SECTION 1 - FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE 2-day shipping on all orders over $85 within the contiguous United States. This promotion applies automatically at checkout when your order total reaches the minimum threshold before taxes and after any applicable discounts.
Free shipping orders are processed and shipped via our standard 2-day express service, ensuring you receive your plant-powered skincare quickly and efficiently.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
For orders under $85, we offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95
Delivered via USPS Ground service with tracking included.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
Delivered via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with tracking included.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.95
Delivered via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Express with signature confirmation.
SECTION 3 - PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will typically be processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
SECTION 4 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may not be eligible for expedited shipping options. Military addresses are supported with standard processing times.
SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International orders typically take 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. All international shipments include tracking information.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the destination country upon delivery.
SECTION 6 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. We recommend checking tracking information regularly for the most up-to-date delivery status.
SECTION 7 - DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or any household members who may have accepted the package.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
For packages that are confirmed lost or damaged, we will provide a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you.
SECTION 8 - ADDRESS CHANGES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 9 - SPECIAL HANDLING
All Halfoprah products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Temperature-sensitive products may include insulation or ice packs during extreme weather conditions.
