We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your return window begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
For your protection and ours, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to the personal nature of skincare items and hygiene considerations.

The following items are eligible for return:
• Unopened skincare products in original packaging
• Unopened bath and body products in original packaging
• Gift sets and bundles (all items must be unopened)
• Products received damaged or defective
Please note that all clearance, promotion, and markdown sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
